ProCell Therapies offers cutting-edge biotechnology to induce a breathtaking transformation to the appearance of the skin that can last a lifetime.
The ProCell Microchanneling delivery serum uses highly concentrated human growth-factors serums derived from bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells which are known to promote scarless healing in an anti-inflammatory environment. Amplifying your collagen response during microchanneling treatment.
If you are considering a treatment to improve the texture, tone and elasticity of your skin ProCell Microchanneling is a perfect solution for you. This procedure is suitable for all skin types and is a minimally invasive skin rejuvenation treatment which involves the use of a TGA registered mechanized stamper to create tiny, clean controlled skin injuries (microchannels) which in turn stimulates the production of new collagen and elastin. ProCell’s Microchanneling device uses filaments made from surgical grade steel, small enough to fit into a hair follicle. This minimizes damage to the epidermis for faster recovery.
A single ProCell treatment creates hundreds of thousands of microchannels. In response to each micro-injury, an inflammatory healing process begins which initiates the formation of new collagen. Over time the repeated healing process begins which initiates the formation of new collagen. The repeated healing process improves the surface texture and overall appearance of the skin.
ProCell Microchanneling is a unique, well-researched treatment for skin rejuvenation with numerous benefits including:
ProCell Therapies Microchanneling is a minimally invasive, non-surgical and non-ablative procedure for facial rejuvenation. A non-ablative procedure means that your epidermis (first layer of skin) remains preserved and intact. When you are comparing the effects and outcomes of Microneedling, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) and laser therapy, the benefits of ProCell Therapies Microchanneling include no scratching or tearing of the skin and elimination of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (pigmentation of the skin due to skin trauma).
This award-winning treatment thickens the epidermis by creating micro channels. These channels stimulate the healing response in your skin, creating new, fresh collagen and helping absorb cosmeceutical serums and creams, making them 300% more effective.
Can be combined with our other skin rejuvenation therapies for enhanced results
ProCell Microchanneling is a very safe treatment for skin tones. Individuals with the below contraindications, however, should not have this treatment. Additionally, if you have a history of cold sores (herpes virus), consult your physician regarding appropriate prophylactic treatment before you have ProCell microchanneling as it can activate cold sores. (Please note that ProCell Microchanneling will NOT give you cold sores if you do not already have the virus.)

Hair loss is an experience that’s familiar to many people, particularly aging adults. Close to 80% of adult men will have a run-in with hair loss, at some point in their lifetime. In fact, by the age of just 50, almost half of all men will see signs of hair loss. The same can also be said for approximately 40% of women, of that same age.
No matter your age, if you’re beginning to see hair loss, know that your current situation isn’t hopeless — as distressing or unsettling as it may feel. Many people form a unique sort of attachment to their hair, so loss of hair can almost feel like a small loss of identity. However, at the end of the day, it’s important to remember that potential solutions or treatments are out there.
One of these hair loss restoration treatments is called stem cell microneedling, or stem cell therapy. This is a popular treatment for those experiencing hair loss, including those with androgenic alopecia.
Procell Therapies Microchanneling is a versatile treatment and is used for more than simply hair loss. Microchanneling is also used as a cosmetic facial treatment, in order to trigger the natural healing process of the skin. Microchanneling is a fantastic option for tightening the skin, healing scars, and creating collagen.
Regarding hair restoration, hair loss can be quite a traumatic experience in some instances. Often, people don’t simply want to sit back and allow their hair to fall out. Intervention is often possible and is a route that’s frequently taken. Procell Therapies Microchanneling is an accessible, effective option when it comes to the hair regrowth process.
Furthermore, a number of people appreciate the fact that Procell Microchanneling is a non-surgical process. This is favorable for a number of reasons, including the lack of a recovery time, as would be the case following a surgical procedure. After receiving a treatment, you’re free to return to your life, without being temporarily sequestered to your bed, or other recovery concerns.
If you’re currently experiencing hair loss, then consider Procell Therapies Microchanneling of the scalp as a viable option.
So, what exactly does a Microchanneling treatment do to promote hair growth?
There are a few factors involved in the process:
The simple answer is that it certainly seems to be the case, based on current studies and results seen following treatment. All in all, not many existing studies have tested the benefits of stem cell microneedling as a hair loss treatment. That’s to say, there’s still a lot for us to figure out in the future. Following additional testing, we may also be able to learn which topical ingredients are most effective, when combined with Procell Therapies Microchanneling treatment.
Nonetheless, the studies that have been done look highly promising. Plus, in many cases, the results speak for themselves. A notable study involved a total of 100 male participants. All of these participants dealt with hair loss due to androgenetic alopecia (AGA), otherwise known as male pattern baldness. Some individuals in the study were instructed to apply 5% Minoxidil twice a day, while the others were instructed to receive a microneedling session every week, in addition to the same Minoxidil routine.
Each dose of Minoxidil was carefully measured, being 1mL in size, every application session. So, each participant would work through a total of 2mL of Minoxidil every day, whether or not they were receiving microneedling sessions. The only exception was that, in the case of the microneedling participants, they were instructed not to apply minoxidil on the days when they received treatment. However, 24 hours after each procedure, they would resume application as typical.
At the end of the study’s twelve weeks, the group who received microchanneling displayed far greater improvement in hair regrowth. This wasn’t just a minor difference in growth, either, between the two groups of participants — it was a significantly greater increase in hair growth among those who received microchanneling treatments.
Over time, Procell Therapies Microchanneling has been gaining evidence to show its effectiveness. The treatment is highly promising, and it’s only becoming more so, as time passes and our understanding grows.
What is Procell? And how does it work, when used as a part of your microchanneling treatment for hair restoration? Procell pure stem cells are packed full of growth factors. So, they can do more to help encourage hair regrowth than undergoing a standard microneedling treatment.
These growth factors include:
Procell makes use of conditioned media, sourced from stem cells in human bone marrow culture. Specifically, these cells are known as BM-MSCs. These cells play a vital role in the body’s healing processes, throughout our lives. However, as we age, our production of BM-MSCs begins to decrease. The BM-MSCs found in Procell are sourced from young, healthy volunteers, who undergo heavy medical moderation, during the process. These stem cells are then kept in FDA-regulated facilities, where they can grow and be processed.
Essentially, the use of Procell pure stem cells ensures an even more powerful effect on hair growth, thanks to the additional growth factors.
During your Procell Therapies Microchanneling session, your scalp will come into direct contact with tiny wire filaments, which are attached to the Procell Microchanneling Device. These filaments are very small and very fine. The device stamps along the scalp, right at the site of the hair loss. The tips will then create tiny micro injuries to the scalp area.
Depending on how large the treatment area is, the length of the treatment can vary. Still, Procell Therapies Microchanneling is generally a fast treatment — in most cases, it will take less than twenty minutes. After that, you’re done! It’s as simple and easy as that.
Following your Procell Therapies Microchanneling treatment, you might see some bruising, redness, or swelling on the affected area of the scalp. There may also be a small amount of pain, following the procedure. However, most side effects of a Procell Microchanneling procedure will fade within a few days of the treatment.
For optimal results apply Procell Therapies Home Hair Care System which is a powerhouse serum that perpetuates the effects of cellular regeneration between monthly microchanneling treatments of the scalp. When applied regularly, the active ingredients WNT1 Stem Cytokines and stimulating botanicals provide an optimal environment for follicle stimulation and hair regrowth.
As a non-surgical treatment option for hair loss, Procell Therapies Microchanneling comes with a variety of advantages over surgical hair restoration treatments.
These include:
Like any hair restoration treatment, different people will see different outcomes. In some cases, the Procell Microchanneling treatment will be more effective than in others. As a starting point a pre assessment is conducted to review the follicles in your hair as in some cases the treatment will not be a feasible option if any existing follicles are not present in the area being treated.
Note that most Procell Microchanneling Hair Restoration Treatments typically require 6 treatments with each treatment 4 weeks apart. The actual number of treatments needed can vary depending the condition of your hair and desired outcomes.
Compared to surgical hair restoration options, Procell Microchanneling is significantly less costly and less invasive than hair transplant.
This is a great option to consider a more affordable (but still effective) procedure, such as Procell Therapies Microchanneling. Microchanneling procedures, in general, cost only a small fraction of what you’d pay for a surgical hair restoration procedure.

Microchanneling is a non-invasive procedure designed to stimulate your body’s own natural ability to generate collagen, elastin, and other building blocks of healthy skin. By stimulating the outermost layers of the skin, microchanneling can help your body start this process without penetrating into living tissue.
With minimal physical discomfort, most patients are able to do the procedure without numbing cream and without any noticeable pain. However, topical numbing cream can also be applied to the treatment area before the procedure. You will feel a pin prick sensation, especially over the forehead, cheekbones, eyes and lips. There is no lingering discomfort, and we have a number of strategies we employ to minimize discomfort during treatment. Post-procedure, most people report a “tight” feeling in their skin.
Each session usually lasts 90 minutes.
When needling is complete the treated skin may feel hot and tight. After the treatment, skin turns red, fades within the first hour or so, and resolves within 24 hours. Expect a mild sloughing of the treated skin for up to 3 days after treatment. Deeper stamping depths (1mm and 1.5mm) will increase healing time.
Microchanneling treatments can improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, acne scarring, stretch marks, and rosacea.
It is normal for treatments to result in some skin irritation, especially for clients with more sensitive skin. Always wait a minimum of 90 minutes before putting anything else on the skin. During this time, it is normal for the skin to remain pink or light red. After the 90 minutes you can apply additional moisturizer or other products. Keep in mind however, that as your skin may be more sensitive than usual for several days after the treatment, especially strong topicals should be avoided until the skin returns to normal.
Though neo-collagenesis (the production of new collagen) can take several weeks, it is not abnormal to notice an improvement in the quality and appearance of your skin within the first 24 hours. After 2-3 treatments a thicker more robust, collagen filled cellular matrix will produce more consistent and noticeable improvement. And 6 or more treatments may be recommended for scarring, laxity and wrinkles.
If you have any underlying condition that significantly impairs your immune system, it is a good idea to avoid microchanneling. Examples include but are not limited to active radiation or chemotherapy, uncontrolled diabetes, chronic inflammatory skin disease (e.g., eczema, psoriasis, infection, rash or any type of dermatitis at the treatment site), Accutane in the past 6 months, hemophilia or similar bleeding disorder. Laser or deep chemical peel that removed the entire epidermis within last 18 months, newly done fillers within the last two weeks, scars that are less than 6 months old, keloids or raised scarring, Presence of raised moles, warts or any raised lesions on the area to be treated
Also, anyone with stainless steel allergies should not do this treatment. We also discourage treatments for those who are pregnant or nursing.
As Procell microchanneling treatments are minimally invasive, they are also very safe for all skin tones. Whether you are fair-skinned or dark, and even if you experience chronic breakouts, properly conducted microchanneling treatments will not result in hyperpigmentation, keloid scars, or other lasting negative side effects.
Short-term side effects are minimal but may include:
The number Microchanneling treatments depends on the individuals skin condition.
Treatment should begin at .25mm or .5mm needle depth, graduating to longer needles as necessary. One could continue this series indefinitely and experience both corrective and anti-aging benefits.
Procell's Microchannel Delivery Serum contains bone marrow-derived growth factors in a hyaluronic acid suspension. Both of these elements are naturally-occurring in the human body. There are no human, animal, or plant cells, DNA, blood, or any other foreign substances. The product has been used safely and effectively for over a decade.
Microchanneling stimulates the body to release peptides, cytokines and growth factors that induce collagen production. As you get older, the stem cells that produce these vital proteins lose efficacy and decline in population, so microchanneling alone becomes less and less effective. Because of premature aging, the Microchannel Delivery Serum and the post care Cellular Renewal Serum and Healing Accelerator Serum become more vital to improvement. Use of the Procell aftercare products ensure the skin continuously receives potent, robust, pristine peptides, cytokines and growth factors even in between treatments. Think of diet and exercise – microchanneling without serums is like exercising without dieting. Results can be good with microchanneling only, but are significantly amplified with serums.
1. If you are given a mask, keep it on for at least 15-30 mins.
2. Preferably, no other products are applied for 6-8 hours.
3. Avoid exposure to pet dander and other irritants as best you can. You may experience a mild allergic reaction to pets and other things you typically do not react to within the first 24 hours.
4. Your skin may feel hot and tight, like a mild sunburn.
5. For your first treatment, (and treatments at .25mm in general) you can expect mild redness and swelling, and a tight, warm sensation for between 4-24 hours. Treatments with longer needle lengths may produce redness and swelling, along with tiny flecks of redness for between 4-72 hours.
6. Trans-Epidermal Water Loss is a common temporary side effect and could leave you feeling dry throughout the first week. Keep the recommended moisturizer with you during the day and apply as frequently as necessary to avoid dryness.
After 24-48 hours post-procedure: apply the Procell Cellular Renewal Serum and Healing Accelerator for the best results. Cleanse first and apply 1-3 pumps each. Apply daily, morning and night.
In addition:
● For the first 120 mins, don’t touch the face, don’t put anything else on (besides the mask), and avoid sun exposure.
● After 6-8 hours, you can apply a mild moisturizer.
● Avoid sweating for the first 24 hours (No gym, sauna, swimming, spicy food, exercise)
● No Retin-A, Retinol, vitamin C, BHA, AHA, or exfoliation for 5-7 days
Microchanneling is a linear stamping method that creates uniformly distributed channels without causing skin tearing or dragging, leading to reduced discomfort. The treatment is quicker due to wider tips covering more surface area. Additionally, microchanneling typically involves minimal downtime. In contrast, microneedling creates irregular and angled channels, making it a more abrasive procedure with downtime lasting between 5 to 7 days.
Procell Therapies Microchanneling is often described as Microneedling Evolved. The stem cell-derived growth factors that maximize results distinguish the Procell treatment compared to the traditional delivery serums used for Microneedling which are mainly Hyaluronic Acid, Brightening Serums and Salicylic acid which may not be as effective.
Procell Therapies Microchanneling also uses a stamping technique, less damaging than any traditional Microneedling techniques. During the treatment, very small tips penetrate the upper layers of the skin (epidermis), creating small, micro-injuries. The "micro-injuries" are created by "stamping" vertically to create clean micro-channels instead of dragging or gliding across the skin. As a result, no scratching or tearing of the skin occurs.
Procell microchanneling tips are 100% reliable, because each tip has a fixed depth. Microneedling devices with adjustable depths are not always accurate. (Different conditions need difference depths of treatment.) Procell also has three treatment diameters for optimised treatment coverage - 12 Filaments, 25 Filaments and 49 Filaments and are suitable for both the face and body whilst traditional Microneedling Devices only have one tip diameter of 12 needles.
At Gaber Consultants Medical Aesthetic Clinic, we use the MD Microchannel Delivery Serum for all customers over 40 years of age as it contains double the growth factors and anti-aging, pro-healing and anti-inflammatory ingredients such as TGF-ß3 and IL-1. The MD Microchannel Delivery Serum provides faster results with shorter recovery times than the Pro serum which is suitable for all customers under 40 years of age.
Ingredients include deionized water, stem cytokines (proprietary mixture of human bone marrow stem cell-derived growth factors and cytokines), hyaluronic acid, dihydroxy acetic acid and benzyl alcohol.
The MD serum contains human bone marrow-derived growth factors in a hyaluronic acid suspension. Both elements occur naturally in the human body. There are no human, animal, or plant cells, DNA, blood, or any other foreign substances. The product has been used safely and effectively for over a decade.
The main powerhouse in Procell serum is Stem Cytokines, which supports cellular renewal. When applied to the skin, the skin mimics the effect of having more stem cells. We lose most of these stem cells as we age. By middle age only a few percent remain compared to our youth and the remaining ones are less robust. The serum has potent regenerating properties to improve skin firmness, elasticity and tone.
Procell creates a biological interaction between damaged cells and healing cytokines. Our bone marrow contains mesenchymal stem cells. These contain DNA hardware to work towards wound healing, fighting disease, and rejuvenating skin. The cells excrete proteins called cytokines, which are like little packages of information.
When the microchanneling creates a small injury in the skin, stem cells report to the area (or, in this case, are applied on the treatment area) to heal. Cell receptors in the injured area connect with the healthy cytokine into the damaged cells starting the healing process.
